Excursions, Day trip reservations & Attraction tickets

If you are purchasing a land based package from us, we will provide you with various options and advice for the type of excursions that best suit your tastes.

For our premium customers, we also provide

When we have a choice of multiple service providers for excursions, we always work with best rated suppliers rather than those with cheapest prices.

Airport transfers & Private car with driver

We can organise airport transfers for you as per your choice.

Advice on booking optimal flights

Currently we can provide you only land-based services. However, we are in process of acquiring air ticket booking capability. Meanwhile, we are here to help you in finding the best flights. We can guide you in the following:

  • Optimal starting and ending destination suggestions based on flight prices

  • Using Budget airlines (Ryanair, Easyjet etc.) with an experience closer to regional business class of full service airlines

  • Airport lounge suggestions (if you have access)

For example: If you are visiting Italy for 2 weeks, we can provide you with suggestions for the starting and ending point of the trip based on air fares.

Advice on optimising Miles and Points

We also provide all our premium customers with advice on optimising Hotel points or Airline miles (if you have any). We can suggest you the best redemptions for your points/miles.

How does the whole process work?

Step 1

Contact us with your tentative dates, plans and budget.

Step 2

We will arrange for a free 30 mins telephone consultation to better understand your requirements and explain our services.

Step 3

Once a destination is fixed, we will provide you with a quote for the tour as per your requirements.

Step 4

If you would like to proceed, we will ask you for a deposit amount*.

*The amount of deposit is usually 10% of the total price provided the departure date is not within 6 weeks. If the departure is within 6 weeks, full payment would be required.

Step 5

If you want to make any changes to the tour after payment of deposit amount, we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note that you might need to pay the price difference wherever applicable.

You can avail of any additional services depending on whether you choose Standard or Premium Service.

Step 6

We will provide you the invoice for the final balance amount, usually to be paid at least 6 weeks in advance of your departure date.

Step 7

We will provide you will all your travel reservation documents electronically, 7 days before your departure date.

Step 8

After your tour, we will request a detailed feedback from you so that we can understand what we did right and where we can improve.
