We can provide you with land based packages and standalone services like hotel reservations, excursions, sightseeing tickets, transfers etc. for all major tourist countries. However, we specialise in European destinations.
We provide independent, customised services only and do not deal with Group tours. So, there are infinite combinations of packages that you can have. The sample packages should hopefully give you an Idea of what services we can provide. However, we are not limited to just these itineraries. As a general rule of thumb, we provide land packages including 3* equivalent and above for our destinations. We do not book ultra budget tours.
In some cases, we may be able to provide you assistance for Tourist Visa at an additional cost (For ex: Schengen/UK/USA). However, we don’t provide this as a stand-alone service, and it is only available if you have booked additional services with us. Yes, we can provide you with Travel Insurance (at an additional cost) for European/Schengen countries. Please contact us at info@vinagotravel.com for other countries.
Unfortunately, as of now we can’t help you with your Forex needs, but we will be happy to share any tips with you regarding best ways to exchange your currency.
At this point, we are not able to generate air tickets for you. However, we are in the process of acquiring ticketing capabilities so we hope to provide this service soon. In the meantime, we will provide you with advice on the most optimal flights and prices depending on your travel Itinerary.
Yes, we are able to provide you with train passes though in our experience, in 75% of cases, a train pass is not required and ends up being more expensive even if you plan to travel just by train. We will always give you our honest assessment on whether you should opt for a train pass or not.

Travel being a seasonal industry, the prices are highly dependent on whether you are travelling during peak, off peak, shoulder season. Sometimes prices can also be high due to any major sporting/cultural/local event. We are very transparent with our prices and our quotes do not have any hidden charges or taxes.
As a rule of thumb, the earlier the better but you don’t need to book 6 months early as well. In our experience, very broadly speaking (as there are always exceptions), the sweet spot is around 2-3 months before travel depending on whether you are travelling during peak or off peak times.
We understand that your plans may change so we are flexible and will try our best to accomodate your changes provided there is enough time left for the changes. Please note that you would be liable for any additional charges depending on the changes.
Unless some extreme condition occurs, we will never change your quote. ViNaGo operates a transparent and best in class pricing policy.
Assuming no changes to the itinerary have been made from your side:
- ViNaGo will always absorb surchages upto 3% of the quote so you never have to pay for any minor changes
- Any surcharge charged has to justified with proof (For ex: Any new tax exceding the 3% threshold)
- We will inform you of the surcharge atleast 30 days before your travel date
- If the surcharge is more than 8% of the quote, then you can ask for a full refund (including your resevation amount)
- If your payment currency is different than the invoice currency, you may be liable for FX surcharge if the FX movement is more than 3%. However, ViNaGo has a very transparent way of calculating FX changes and it can be verified by you independently.
Depending on your destination, we will provide you invoice in preferred currency (usually €/£/$) however you can ask us to provide you with invoice in your home currency should you so wish. We support most major currencies.
You can pay us by Bank Transfer (contact us for details) or by Credit/Debit card from Visa/Mastercard (In some cases Amex) online. Our payment gateway has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
After Booking
All Vouchers will have an emergency number of the service provider for you to contact which is reachable on a 24h basis in most cases. We are also committed to getting back to any of your queries within 2 working days.
All the rates quoted by us are inclusive of all taxes so you don’t have to pay anything extra unless you are modifying/cancelling certain aspects in which case a change/cancellation fee may apply. However please note that in many european cities you may need to pay a local tourist/city tax usually €2-€5 (per room per night) which cannot be paid in advance at the time of booking.
No refunds would be issued for missing any trains/buses/excursions for whatsoever reason. This includes (but is not just limited to) the following:
- Not reaching at the meeting point on time
- Not taking the excursion due to bad weather (however the excursion has not been cancelled)
- Not taking the excursion due to health reasons (while unfortunate, we can’t issue any refunds for this)
However, if your excursion has been cancelled by the service provider than please do let us know immediately and we will pursue the service provider for refunds and pass them on to you as soon as we get it.
Please note, we will NOT charge you any administrative fees for refunds where there has been a deficiency of service.
